Grapes: 100% Viura.

Wine-making: After a short skin contact time, under an inert atmosphere, the juice is allowed to settle naturally. Afterwards it ferments at a temperature which never rises above 15ºC and will then be kept in tank, in contact with the fine lees for another two months.

Tasting Notes: Light straw in color, with a hint of green. The delicate nose is reminiscent of white fruits like pears, with a touch of citric fruits, jasmine and fresh straw. The palate is tasty and juicy, with the citric and fruity notes returning. Well-balanced, great acidity and easy to drink.

Pairing: Salads, seafood, and creamy cheeses.

Alcohol: 13.3%.
