Grapes: Tinta de Toro.
Wine-making: Manual harvest and selection of grapes in the winery, optimum control of the polyphenolic and aromatic extraction process. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 20 days.
Ageing: 6 months in American and French oak barrel.
Tasting Notes: Deep red color with violet glints, aromas of wild and red berry fruits integrated with hints of sweet and spicy vanilla and toasted notes. Perfect balance between fruit and wood on the palate allowing enjoying the typical varietal intensity of the Tinta de Toro, joined to the clean and balanced aromas of the oak barrels.
Pairing: The balance of this wine makes it pair perfectly with red and cold cured meats, as well as pasta dishes.
