Grapes: Macabeo and Chardonnay.
Wine-making: Hand selected bunches of Macabeo & Chardonnay are gently pressed to preserve the bright citrus aromas dominated by lime and pineapple.
Ageing: Macabeo sees 3 months of French oak barrel.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color. The Macabeo brings vanilla flavors thanks to its passage through the barrel, and the Chardonnay offers a variety of aromas of citrus, lime and pineapple. In the mouth it is creamy and fresh, in perfect harmony with the acidity.
Pairing: Enjoy with fish or poultry, by itself, of course with friends! We say at the vineyard its like drinking a glass of Spanish sunshine.
